Please read these terms carefully before using the MIU ROOM website or placing an order.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through the MIU ROOM website (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

MIU ROOM LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

2. Private Sale Model

MIU ROOM operates as an independent private sale platform offering curated designer-inspired pieces at exclusive member pricing. All products are sourced through independent manufacturing partners who specialize in premium Italian-standard craftsmanship.

Our inventory is available in limited quantities and is subject to availability. Once a style or colorway is sold out, it will not be restocked. Pricing on the Site reflects exclusive private sale rates and should not be compared to standard retail pricing.

MIU ROOM LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Miu Miu SpA, Prada Group, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All product names, trademarks, and registered trademarks referenced on this Site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for descriptive and identification purposes.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, although changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Due to the limited nature of our inventory, product availability is not guaranteed until your order has been fully processed and confirmed. MIU ROOM reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory discrepancies. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any amount charged.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided during the checkout process is accurate and complete.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors using SSL encryption. Your payment information is never stored on our servers. Payment is collected at the time your order is placed. If payment cannot be processed, the order will not be confirmed.

5. Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 48 hours of confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard delivery takes approximately 3 to 6 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.

Shipping is complimentary on all orders -- no minimum purchase is required. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your package has been dispatched.

At this time, MIU ROOM ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with a non-US delivery address will be cancelled and refunded.

MIU ROOM is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our private sale pricing and limited inventory, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change-of-mind purchases. We strongly encourage you to review all product details, dimensions, and photographs carefully before completing your order.

Exception -- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, materially different from its description, or with a manufacturing defect, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt at our fulfillment center. Please note that the return address may differ from the original shipping warehouse. Approved claims will be processed as a refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of receipt.

7. The Complimentary Sunglasses Offer

MIU ROOM periodically offers a complimentary sunglasses promotion. Under this offer, customers who add any two (2) bags to their cart are eligible to receive a free pair of sunglasses from our Eyewear collection.

The discount is automatically applied at checkout -- no promo code is required. The offer applies to one (1) pair of sunglasses per qualifying order and cannot be combined with other promotions or applied retroactively to previous orders.

This promotion is available while supplies last and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. MIU ROOM reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. If a qualifying order is partially cancelled such that it no longer meets the two-bag requirement, the sunglasses will be charged at their listed member price.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site -- including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product photography, page layouts, and software -- is the property of MIU ROOM LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Site without the prior written consent of MIU ROOM LLC. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Third-party trademarks, trade names, and logos referenced on this Site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MIU ROOM LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your inability to use the Site, or any products purchased through the Site.

In no event shall MIU ROOM LLC's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, including negligence, breach of warranty, or strict liability.

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or validity thereof shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware. By using the Site, you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
